A growing multi-sector recruitment agency is looking for a Business Development Manager to build its’ Industrial business. This is a new business role focused on winning clients, opening doors with key accounts and local companies, and converting conversations into revenue.
You will bring a proven record in outbound recruitment sales, client visits and business conversion. In return, you get a £45,000+ salary, uncapped monthly commission, a company car or allowance, and the autonomy to run your patch your way.

The role
You will lead business development for the Industrial division, measured on the quality and volume of calls made, meetings arranged and revenue generated. You will:
- Canvass prospective clients to promote the business.
- Grow the existing client database through proactive sales and regular contact.
- Identify further growth opportunities with current and potential customers.
- Build a clear view of the competitor marketplace and future opportunities.
- Prepare supplier agreements and proposals.
