Group Manager – Experience Design

Overview

As a Senior Manager in Experience Design, you will lead end-to-end UX and visual storytelling for enterprise products and large-deal pursuits. You partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into clear, compelling experiences that drive business outcomes. You’ll shape executive-ready narratives and scalable design systems, while leveraging AI tools to boost ideation and production quality. This role blends product design with high-impact presentations in fast-paced, Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX and experience design from discovery to final specifications
• Conduct and synthesize user research to inform personas and journeys
• Translate complex workflows into intuitive interfaces for technical and non-technical users
• Facilitate workshops and design sprints with cross-functional stakeholders
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
• Coordinate with product managers, developers, and engineers to preserve design integrity
• Create digital touchpoints for enterprise products and strategic proposals
• Create persuasive bid presentations and executive-level materials
• Manage multiple workstreams and maintain organized design repositories
• Contribute to a culture of design excellence through knowledge sharing

Key requirements

• Strong experience in Experience Design, UX/UI Design, or related discipline
• A strong portfolio showing product/UX design and high-impact presentation work
• Expert-level Figma skills (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems)
• Proven user research experience translating insights into design decisions
• Experience designing for enterprise-scale B2B, SaaS, or technology environments
• Strong visual design across typography, hierarchy, colour, composition, and layout
• Ability to simplify complex concepts through visual communication
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with senior stakeholders
