Senior Quantity Surveyor

Overview

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a high-value NEC infrastructure project, you will oversee commercial administration to support delivery of works worth over £80m. You will report to the Commercial Manager within a larger framework team, with hybrid working and site visits as needed. You will drive forecasting, variations, cost reporting and change management to protect commercial outcomes. Responsibilities

• Accurate monthly forecasting and agreeing on variations
• Producing and sending subcontractor enquiries
• Producing monthly reports and cost value reconciliations
• Managing change and producing compensation events
• Preparing and submitting final accounts

Key requirements

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Experience on civil engineering or infrastructure projects
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Experience with NEC contracts on infrastructure projects
