Senior Educational Mental Health Practitioner – Lead

South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Trust in Kirklees is seeking a Senior Educational Mental Health Practitioner to join the Mental Health Support Team across schools and colleges. The role focuses on early intervention, assessment, and evidence-based interventions for CYP with mild to moderate mental health issues.
