Insurance Quality Lead: Coaching & Compliance (CII)

Bionic seeks an Insurance Quality Lead to elevate sales performance, quality and compliance across the broking team. You will uplift broker capability, deliver coaching cycles, and ensure regulatory and governance standards are met.

This role balances technical depth with a coaching mindset to improve conversion, retention and outcomes. Based in London on the busy Liverpool Street floor, with access to Bionic’s apprenticeship and CII development programs.
