The Role
The Project Manager will take full accountability for the end-to-end delivery of multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects, ensuring performance against safety, programme, cost and quality objectives. Operating across several live sites, the role requires a structured and disciplined approach to planning, coordination and execution, maintaining control of timelines, resources and delivery standards throughout the project lifecycle.
You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations from inception through to completion. The role will involve leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring all activities are aligned to agreed project outcomes, delivering a consistent standard of service.
The position carries responsibility for commercial performance, including cost control, forecasting and risk management. A strong focus on health and safety is essential, ensuring compliance and effective management of all associated documentation. You will oversee project close-out, including defects, snagging and handover, while maintaining accurate records and supporting the identification of future opportunities.
