HR Operations & People Analytics Associate

Overview

In this role you will support HR operations, ensure data integrity across HR systems, and deliver people insights to inform business decisions. You will work with HR, Reward, Talent Acquisition and stakeholders globally in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You’ll combine operational excellence with analytics to drive people initiatives and improve processes. Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, changes, departures) with data accuracy and compliance
• Audit and maintain employee records across HR systems to ensure data integrity
• Produce regular HR metrics, dashboards and MI reports for stakeholders
• Analyse workforce data to identify trends (headcount, attrition, diversity, movements)
• Support regulatory, governance and compliance reporting requirements
• Assist with HR system/process administration and optimisation
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to identify process improvements and efficiency gains
• Support compensation, benefits and annual people processes through accurate reporting and data management
• Respond to employee and stakeholder queries with high-quality internal service
• Contribute to HR projects and wider people initiatives as required

Key requirements

• Experience in HR Operations, HR Systems, People Analytics or HR Shared Services
• Strong reporting and analytical skills with advanced Excel
• Experience with HR systems and maintaining employee data
• Ability to interpret data and present insights to stakeholders
• Attention to detail and governance of data accuracy
• Excellent organisational skills and prioritisation abilities
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach to continuous improvement
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in financial services or professional services is advantageous
