Head Chef – Pub Kitchen Leader & Menu Innovator

Marston’s PLC in Chorley is seeking a Head Chef for a full-time, on-site role to lead the kitchen operation, plan menus, and ensure exceptional food and guest experiences.

You will manage stock, control costs, train staff, and collaborate with the General Manager to support sales and profitability while upholding food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required as part of a busy hospitality environment.
