Head Chef – Lead a Fresh, Employee-Owned Kitchen

Alfa Holiday Group in Dunoon is seeking a Head Chef to lead the hotel kitchen, delivering fresh, in-house dishes for coach guests and managing day-to-day operations.

You will steer a kitchen team, oversee stock, ordering and ensure strict food safety standards while following a 7-day cycle menu and cost controls.

This role offers 45 hours per week including weekends, a salary of £40,000 per annum, and employee-owned benefits including a pension and training funding.
