Operations Director: Service Delivery & Projects

Owlis seeks a Head of Operations to lead CenCom’s day-to-day operations, ensuring service desk, project delivery, procurement and finance teams work efficiently to meet client commitments. The role partners with Owlis management to maintain standards and reporting.

You will drive operational planning, resource allocation, and governance across CenCom, building scalable processes and ensuring KPIs are met while developing the ops team and ensuring consistent system usage.
