Are you a Health & Safety Advisor ready to step up or an experienced Health & Safety Manager looking for the opportunity to make a genuine impact?

My client is a growing M&E and construction business delivering a range of commercial projects across London, with values reaching GBP15m. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an ambitious Health & Safety professional to play a key role in building and shaping the H&S function from the ground up.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants more than just maintaining standards. You’ll have the chance to influence processes, implement new ideas, and become a driving force behind the company’s health & safety culture as the team expands.

The Role

• – Lead and develop the company’s Health & Safety strategy across multiple commercial projects
• – Carry out site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• – Support project teams in maintaining best practice and compliance
• – Review and improve policies, procedures, and safety systems
• – Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• – Deliver training, toolbox talks, and promote a positive safety culture
• – Work closely with senior leadership to help build and grow the H&S department

What They’re Looking For

• – Health & Safety Manager or Senior Advisor looking for the next step
• – NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent)
• – Experience within construction, M&E, fit out, or commercial projects
• – Strong communication skills and the confidence to influence stakeholders
• – Someone proactive, driven, and keen to contribute ideas
