Manufacturing Operations Leader: Lean & Excellence

Coppice is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and integrate our manufacturing operation across the Coppice site. This pivotal role covers Production, Engineering, Quality and Health & Safety, driving operational excellence and sustainable growth.

Reporting to the Divisional General Manager, you will oversee a multidisciplinary team and drive safety, quality and cost performance while delivering continuous improvement initiatives.
