Overview

As a Partner in the Bristol office, you will lead and grow a high-profile residential development practice within a leading law firm. You’ll help expand the firm’s national footprint in the Living Sector while handling premium development deals and building strong client relationships. You will mentor and develop the next generation of legal talent, shaping the practice and contributing to a culture focused on wellbeing and innovation. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage premium residential development deals within a national team
• Drive growth and expand the firm’s national presence in the Living Sector
• Mentor and develop junior lawyers and talent pipeline
• Advise on contracts and agreements: conditional/unconditional contracts, land transfers, option and promotion agreements, development funding and forward commitments, turnkey contracts and collaboration agreements

Key requirements

• UK-qualified lawyer with 8+ years PQE
• Deep Living Sector expertise with proven practice-building ability
• Commercial acumen and strategic mindset
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
