Jewish Care is seeking a Care Team Leader to join our residential and nursing care teams. You will lead shifts, support care staff, and ensure safe, compassionate, person-centred care that promotes wellbeing, dignity, independence, and quality of life.
The role is shift-based with 12-hour shifts (8–8) and includes some weekend work, on a rota basis. You will mentor staff and contribute to developing care plans to maintain high standards.
