The Vaults in Portsmouth is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and own the food operation. You will craft fresh, seasonal pub classics and stone-baked pizzas, and collaborate with the General Manager to elevate the offering through creative dishes and efficient service.

We want someone with energy, strong commercial awareness and a hands-on approach who can set high standards, manage busy service, and mentor juniors.
