Social housing company is seeking a Surveyor to cover Somerset, Devon and Dorset with a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will investigate property defects, support disrepair cases and work with contractors to improve home conditions for residents.
The role requires experience in building surveying or property maintenance and relevant studies at HNC/HND level or above; RICS membership is advantageous but not essential.
