• Understands PCR 2015 / PA 23
• Has had exposure to government frameworks, eg GCA (formerly CCS)
• MS Office

Desirable:

• Public sector background
• Defence background would be helpful
• Knowledge of an eTendering portal is a bonus. E.G Oracle and Jaggaer
• CIPs
