Cultural Safety Midwife: Equity in Maternity Care Leader

The Cultural Safety Lead will work to reduce health inequalities in maternity care for Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic women by engaging with diverse communities and the maternity multidisciplinary team. You will lead education and training, oversee interpreting services, and co-design locally appropriate solutions with communities and system partners to embed cultural safety across the organisation.
