Quality Manager – Food Safety & Continuous Improvement

Harrods is seeking a Quality Manager to lead food safety and quality standards across our production kitchen environment in Knightsbridge. You will implement and embed a best-in-class QMS and coach the Quality Controllers and kitchen teams to uphold high standards.

This on-site role requires HACCP Level 3, knowledge of BRC/GFSI standards, and a track record in food manufacturing or service. You will partner with operations to drive continuous improvement and deliver KPI improvements.
