Strategy & Operations Associate – Scale Patient Care

Voy is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate to join the Patient Experience Operations team in London. The role suits someone with 2–4 years in high-growth startups, consulting, or operations, eager to tackle cross-functional challenges and drive strategic initiatives impacting care delivery.

You’ll collaborate with clinicians, product teams, and operational leaders to identify opportunities, solve problems, and execute projects that help Patient Experience teams perform at their best.
