Overview
In this role you will support an international law firm’s Bristol Banking & Finance team, focusing on sophisticated domestic and cross-border financing with a Real Estate Finance specialty. You will handle lending matters for banks, lenders, debt funds, and developers, working closely with cross-functional colleagues. Responsibilities
- Advising lenders and borrowers on banking and real estate finance transactions
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating finance documents and ancillary materials
- Managing conditions precedent processes and transaction timetables through to completion
- Collaborating with Real Estate, Corporate, Tax and Regulatory teams on multi-disciplinary matters
- Supporting client relationship management, business development initiatives and knowledge-sharing projects
