Teesside Mind is recruiting a Mental Health Recovery Worker to join the Impact on Teesside pathway in the Foundation and Recovery Service. The post holder will support individuals with complex mental health and social care needs in the Teesside/Middlesbrough area.
You will work autonomously delivering assertive outreach, motivation and brokerage to access community services, promoting independence and personal control.
