I am a 40-year-old trans man living on a little houseboat in Newhaven with my cat, Mila.
I am autistic with ADHD and bipolar disorder.
I’m looking to find a new PA/support worker for 4 hours per week, over 2-4 days, around which I can be very flexible.

- Medication prompting/administering
- Other relevant duties as required
- Administration
- Housekeeping
- Shopping
- Companionship
