• Phonics Proficiency: Demonstrated capability in delivering recognised UK phonics programmes (e.g., Read Write Inc., Little Wandle, or Letters and Sounds).
• Safeguarding and Clearances: Holds an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service (or readiness to complete a new check).
• Targeted Intervention: Proven track record running 1:1 and small:group reading interventions to raise pupil attainment ahead of national assessments.
