Consumer Duty Governance & Insight Reporting Manager

Royal London Mutual Insurance Society in Alderley Park is recruiting a Customer Duty Governance, Insight & Reporting Manager to shape evidence-based Consumer Duty reporting for Boards and governance forums. You will bring together insight across the organisation to show how we meet regulatory expectations and deliver good customer outcomes.

You will lead quarterly and annual reports, translate complex information into clear board-level insights, and drive the end-to-end reporting cycle.
