Bank Activities Assistant – Flexible, Engaging Care Home Role

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Activities Assistant for a part-time, flexible role in a care home. You will help create stimulating activities that maximise residents’ wellbeing, independence and social engagement, tailoring programmes to individual interests and abilities.

The role involves getting to know residents and families, delivering activities both inside the home and in the local community, and providing support across care teams.
