National Property & Estates Director – Healthcare

Elysium Healthcare Limited seeks an experienced Property & Estates Director to lead strategy, development and performance for a nationwide estate of 90+ sites. You will partner with the COO and Executive Team to ensure clinical excellence, continuity and value-driven investment across all facilities.

You will drive asset management, maintenance planning, capital projects, governance and risk management while building a high-performing estates team and strong supplier relationships.
