Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential development matters
• Act for PLC and SME developers on national projects
• Advise across acquisition, affordable housing, build-to-rent/PRS, site set up, and infrastructure agreements
• Work on regeneration schemes, mixed-use developments, logistics, student accommodation, and large-scale projects
• Handle market-leading transactional work across real estate asset classes
• Collaborate with real estate litigation, construction, planning, tax and plots/site set up teams
• Support business development and growth of the residential development practice

Key requirements

• Experience across a broad range of residential development matters
• Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
• Ability to manage complex transactions across multiple sectors
