Staff Product Manager – Global Onboarding Experience

HireHi is seeking a Staff Product Manager in London to own the onboarding experience across multiple brands. You will lead end-to-end product initiatives, coordinating People and IT workflows to enable fast ramp-up for new hires and support regional, legal, and brand differences.

You will partner with engineering, design, analytics and HR to deliver scalable solutions, defining measurements like time-to-productivity and new-hire satisfaction.
