In-House Repairs & Projects Lead

Curo Group in Bath is seeking a Commercial Works Manager to lead three in-house teams responsible for large repairs, roofing, paths, walls and fencing across our homes. You’ll plan, specify and deliver to a high standard while driving in-house efficiencies.

You’ll manage budgets, coach Team Leaders and promote value-for-money across projects, with a strong emphasis on safety and service quality. Hybrid working is offered within this role.
