Head of Construction – Multi-Site Housing Leader

Bellway Homes is seeking a Head of Construction for its Durham Division to take full operational responsibility across multiple developments. The role sits on the Divisional Management Team, reporting to the Divisional Managing Director, with a clear path toward Construction Director.

You will lead nine live developments across County Durham, Teesside and surrounding areas, delivering ~280 homes in FY27, and drive strategy, safety, quality and customer experience across the division.
