Responsibilities
- Advise on corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital deals
- Serve clients in media, entertainment, technology, music, TV and fashion sectors
- Engage across all stages of the deal process from initial meetings to execution and post-closing matters
Key requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 2-5 years PQE in corporate law
- Experience at a leading law firm in the city
- Proven or demonstrated interest in media and entertainment clients
