Overview
In this role you will provide clear, practical legal and commercial guidance to the G4S UK&I business. You will draft, review and negotiate contracts, focusing on customer agreements, while identifying and mitigating risks. You will partner with operational colleagues to ensure compliance and timely delivery of contractual obligations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role offers meaningful impact by supporting a global leader in security services and driving commercial integrity.

Responsibilities
- Review, draft and negotiate contracts and proposals in line with G4S standards, with emphasis on customer contracts
- Advise the business on commercial and legal risks and help to manage them
- Negotiate new contracts and amendments with customers
- Support the business in meeting contractual obligations
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver effective solutions
Key requirements
- Up to 6 years’ PQE as a solicitor (UK or Ireland)
- Solid understanding of contract and commercial law (in England or Scotland)
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
