Senior Regeneration & Development Lead (Hybrid)

Stockport Council is seeking a Senior Development and Regeneration Manager to lead major regeneration projects from inception to delivery. You will manage programme, budget and risk, work with the MDC and partners, and drive investment and sector growth in Stockport.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, operating in a hybrid pattern with office presence at Stopford House and home working. A strong track record and degree-level qualification are essential.
