Infection Prevention & Practice Development Lead

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Practice Support Lead to join the South West Prisons regional practice support team. Based across HMP Guys Marsh, HMP Portland and HMP The Verne, this Band 7 role provides specialist clinical practice, workforce development and infection prevention support to prison healthcare teams.

You will work with the Practice Development Nurse and other leads to develop staff, deliver training, conduct audits and support quality improvement.
