We are now looking for aresults-driven, experienced Commercial Investment Agentto join our high-performing and energetic team.

The Role

We have built a large client base of overseas investors with requirements and appetite to invest in London and regional cities. The ideal applicant will be expected to assist with these enquiries and service their purchasing requirements in the UK. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their career, take ownership of transactions, and be part of a growing and exciting business.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong network of high-net-worth commercial investors and industry contacts
• At least 5 years of proven experience in the Greater and Central London commercial property market
• A track record of sourcing, managing, and closing commercial deals, including trophy assets
• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships understanding their requirements
• Creative thinking and a sharp eye for identifying emerging opportunities, including off-market deals
• A proactive, collaborative attitude with a flexible approach and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
