Head of Security Operations & Incident Response

Baillie Gifford is seeking a Team Manager – Security Operations to lead the Security Operations team, direct incident response efforts and shape the threat-informed defence strategy. The role emphasizes people leadership, technical judgment and collaboration across governance, risk and technology teams.
