Formula 1 is seeking a HR Business Partner to join the HR team in the UK. You will partner with designated business areas to deliver a high-level generalist service for Leaders and Employees, covering employment law, terms and conditions, absence, performance, discipline, and policy adherence.

You will also manage a flexible workforce, mentor an HR Coordinator and HR Advisor, and contribute to HR projects while collaborating with centres of excellence such as Talent Management and Talent
