Support Worker for Adults with Learning Disabilities | PBS & Community Access

IBC Healthcare is seeking a Male Support Worker to provide one-to-one support for an adult with learning disabilities in Lincoln. The role focuses on therapeutic, person-centred care to build routines, confidence and independent living skills at home and in the community.

You will work to promote stability, safety and meaningful daily living, with a trauma-informed, calm approach to behaviours of concern and distress.
