Senior Legal Counsel, Life Sciences Deals & Licensing

Novartis in London is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel, BD&L to structure, negotiate and execute complex licensing, collaboration, acquisition and other strategic agreements. You will partner with senior business leaders to shape the company’s portfolio and growth.

This role is based in London with hybrid working. You will manage due diligence, advise stakeholders, lead external counsel, and contribute to continuous improvement of legal processes in a globally oriented environment.
