Alexander Faraday Recruitment is looking for a Regional HR/ER Advisor to support multiple sites with end-to-end HR and ER responsibilities. This autonomous role offers rapid progression and is based from home with travel to sites.
The role covers six sites across South London, Kent and Essex, with travel two days per week and travel expenses paid. You will coach managers, handle ER cases, TUPE projects, recruitment support, and HR reporting.
