Regional HR Advisor — Employee Relations & L&D

Cygnet Group is recruiting an HR Advisor to handle employee relations, performance management and development activities. You will report to the HR Business Partner regionally and travel frequently to sites across the South-West and parts of Wales.

The role requires delivering HR policies, coaching managers, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and helping drive engagement and retention across the region. Salary up to £37,000 plus £4,200 car allowance.
