Site Manager – Fire Remediation – Durham – 30-Week Contract
I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a major high-rise residential fire remediation project in the Durham area.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing the full remediation package, including:
- SFS Installation
- Bracketry and Insulation
- Fire Stopping Works
- Weatherboard Systems
- Rainscreen Cladding
- EWI and Render
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team and play a key role in the successful delivery of critical building safety and remediation works.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing cladding and fire remediation projects
- Strong knowledge of SFS, rainscreen cladding, fire stopping and associated façade systems
- Ability to coordinate site logistics and subcontractor packages effectively
- Experience in Site Logistics and Programme Delivery
- High-rise residential project experience preferred
