Void Property Supervisor (Housing Repairs)

Mears Group is seeking an experienced Void Supervisor to join our Birmingham team, overseeing void property works and ensuring homes are turned around efficiently, safely, and to a high standard for new tenants.

You will manage operatives and subcontractors, coordinate void programmes, perform quality inspections, and maintain strong communication with internal teams and stakeholders to meet turnaround targets.
