Account Director

£130,000-£150,000 base salary + OTE bonus, hybrid – London/Bristol

We’re looking for an Account Director to lead and grow an established business unit for a consultancy delivering into Government.

The role combines commercial leadership, account management and people leadership, with responsibility for:

• P&L ownership
• Growth and business development strategy
• Budget accountability
• Customer and stakeholder engagement
• Leading and growing high-performing teams
• Developing a strong, positive team culture

You’ll be joining a successful, people-first organisation with a strong reputation, a significant forward pipeline already secured and a leadership team that genuinely empowers its people.

The ideal person will have strong Government sector experience, a proven track record in account management and business development, and the leadership experience to take ownership and drive growth.
