Elevated Floor Manager — Hospitality Lead

Soho House is seeking a Floor Manager for Cecconi’s Mayfair in Central London on a 14-month fixed-term maternity cover. You will manage the floor team and oversee food and beverage service in line with Soho House standards, creating an approachable yet elevated atmosphere for members, guests and staff.

The role requires at least 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity, thrives in fast-paced environments, and a hospitable, customer-service oriented mindset.
