Senior F&B Director — Luxury Hotel Leadership

Shangri-La Hotel London is seeking an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to assist the Operations Director in driving F&B operations and Shangri-La experiences. You will help implement service leadership, ensure quality standards, and support Heads of Department to maximise guest and colleague satisfaction.
