Lendable is seeking a graduate to start a career in operations within a financial services firm. You will join the Complaints team to investigate and resolve customer interactions across loans, cards and auto-finance, and you will learn how to make fair, well-reasoned decisions.
Reporting to a Complaints Manager, you will handle a live caseload, communicate with customers, and benefit from structured training, coaching and quality feedback as you develop in the role.
