Hard FM Growth Manager – Facilities Engineering

adi Facilities Engineering, part of the adi Group, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the UK for its facilities engineering division. You will develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with commercial and industrial clients.

The role requires proven experience selling Hard FM services, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and with senior leadership. A Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
