Youth Information & Guidance Adviser for NEET Transition

London Borough of Redbridge is seeking an Information Advice and Guidance worker to support NEET and pre-NEET young people in Redbridge. The role focuses on helping 16-18 year-olds (up to 25 for SEND) re-engage with education, training or employment.

You will work with vulnerable groups, including Care Experienced Young People and those with SEND, across schools and post-16 pathways. This is a permanent, full-time position in East London.
